The Awards

Young people achieving great things.

The Philip Lawrence Awards honour the achievements of young people who have a positive impact on their community, their lives and the lives of others. Each year Awards are given in recognition of inspiring and innovative work led by young people for the good of the community across the UK and Northern Ireland. Each year the winning groups are awarded at a prestigious ceremony, where they are presented with a trophy and £1000 to spend continuing their work in their community.

The young people involved in the winning projects become part of the PLAnet Fellowship, and continue to be involved in the awards through a range of activities.
