How we started
The project started when a group of young people got together and talked about the gaps in their local youth services and made a plan to fill in the gaps by coming together and using all their experiences from youth forums and youth work, so that there was more for young people to do and more training for them.
Our work
The project offers training opportunities for young people, it also offers young people activities to keep them safe, healthy, active and also to build the knowledge and understanding. The group also communicates with local parish councils, district councils, Community learning partnerships and many other agencies to build better communities for youth people.
Future plans
We are planning to do more intergenerational work with in Staffordshire; we are also planning on applying for money to financial help youth forums so that they can help their communities. We are also holding a summer project this year during the summer holiday which we are planning on do next year if it goes well this year.
